JOB DESCRIPTION
Work Location:
- Service Centre Manager – PJ office
- Service Centre Administrator – PJ/Coalfields/ Sungai Buloh Area
Responsibilities
- Manage social service center’s activities which include various programs to empower the poor.
- Assist the people in resolving gaps / problems in statutory documents like issuing IC’s, B/C’s, SOCSO application etc.
- Assist in welfare Aid application.
- Network and find suitable employment for the residents of the area.
- Network and organize talent camps, motivational programs for youths, single mothers, etc.
- Liaise with government agencies, NGO’s, etc.
- Carry out soft or preliminary research to identify programs that can address problems and plights of the poorer community.
- Develop programs that can bring about and motivate the community to move forward.
- Actively advocate the cause of Social Justice and Awareness.
- The Service Center Coordinator will be required to coordinate the activities of all the Service Centres, suggest improvements, advise the Board of the effectiveness of the various programs and suggest improvements.

- Patience in dealing with different characters / individuals
- A creative solution provider
Technical Skills:
- Administrative/ Management skills.
- Computer literate
- Required Language(s) : English, BM
Added Advantage: Tamil, Mandarin - Posses own transport.
The candidate must be mature person, preferably experienced in working with NGO’s etc. Must have a valid driving license and own transportation.
